About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and program leaders on digital adoption strategies
  • Partner with clients to align DAP initiatives with business goals and digital transformation roadmaps
  • Conduct adoption maturity assessments and create tailored success plans
  • Lead complex DAP deployments, including solution design, configuration, and integration with enterprise systems
  • Define user journeys, success metrics, and adoption frameworks that maximize platform value
  • Oversee delivery teams, ensuring project milestones, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide strategic insights on trends in digital adoption, change management, and employee experience
  • Mentor internal consultants and client teams on best practices for enterprise DAP implementations
  • Contribute to development of methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets
  • Partner with business leaders to design communication and enablement strategies
  • Support enterprise-wide adoption initiatives, ensuring measurable behavioural and business outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops, executive briefings, and end-user enablement sessions
  • Work with product management to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap direction
  • Partner with customer success and sales teams to identify expansion opportunities
  • Support pre-sales engagements by providing solution expertise and thought leadership

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software implementation (preferably SaaS)
  • Deep expertise in Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Pendo, Whatfix, or similar)
  • Experience in change management or digital transformation programs
  • Strong background in enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HCM, custom applications)
  • Exceptional ability to engage with executive stakeholders and influence digital strategy
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex implementations with measurable business outcomes
  • Strong program management skills; able to lead cross-functional teams in global enterprise environments
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Preferred: Certifications in Prosci, PMP, ITIL, or Agile methodologies
  • Preferred: Experience in organizational development or digital workplace initiatives
  • Preferred: Familiarity with analytics and ROI measurement for digital transformation initiatives
