About the role

Senior Systems Analyst providing technical support for client experience management. Focusing on infrastructure and implementing new applications using Esri and other products.

Responsibilities

Analyze, plan, and execute the activities of the Support area within the Customer Experience Directorate, providing technical guidance to clients, promoting and enabling improvements and new applications in the Esri environment or other products, with a focus on infrastructure.
Build and maintain client relationships by managing expectations and providing information and solutions for their requests.
Plan and deploy hardware, operating systems, and virtual environments.
Create, configure/parameterize, and migrate databases.
Perform acceptance, integration, and information security testing.
Manage receipt, technical inspection, and validation of equipment.
Carry out electrical adaptations and prepare the environment for equipment installation.
Deliver technical training.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Intermediate English (technical writing/reading/conversation).
Experience in infrastructure (hardware, electrical implementation).
Knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
Installation and configuration of operating systems and web servers.
Administration of on-premises and/or cloud environments.
Data center creation and maintenance.
Ability to perform tasks related to network and IT infrastructure administration.
Nice to have: ITIL, OCP, OCE, MCTS certifications.
Knowledge of Oracle RAC is a plus.
Knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered by Imagem.
