Responsibilities
- Develop and manage schedules for manufacturing transitions
- Develop and track technical progress metrics (TPM’s)
- Develop risk and opportunity management strategies and metrics
- Support program reviews
- Utilize superconducting electronics fabrication experience to shape the transition plans for manufacturing lines
- Coordinate between Chief Engineers, SEIT leads, engineering staff, suppliers, customers, and the PMO to achieve program objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM area with 14+ years of experience or Master's degree in STEM area with 12+ years of experience or PHD in STEM area with 9+ years of experience
- Deep understanding of superconducting electronics fabrication
- Experience with all aspects of wafer fabrication line startup, from proposal to first silicon
- Experience with technology transfer efforts
- Experience interfacing with Chief Engineers, SEIT leads, engineering staff, suppliers, customers, and the PMO
- Experience with requirements management
- Experience leading high-performing technical teams
- Experience briefing senior NGC management and customers
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
