Responsibilities
Get familiar with our Governmental ID portfolio, technical architecture, and solutions landscape.
Understand Innovatrics strategy for Governmental ID for the next 3 years.
Build relationships with engineering, platform, revenue, and leadership teams.
Shadow product and solution strategy sessions to understand how high-level goals are translated into solution roadmaps.
Meet with sales, presales, and customers to grasp core use cases and pain points.
Understand the global Governmental Identity ecosystem and its complexity across the various regions and partners.
Take ownership of the different solutions roadmaps within the Gov ID Cluster, and align it with product and business strategy.
Drive priorities across technical, business, and customer needs.
Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Work with the revenue organization to define and support go-to-market, demos, licensing models, pricing and sales enablement.
Communicate regularly to the MGT on the progress of the Cluster penetration to the market and roadmaps completion.
Lead end-to-end ownership of major solutions initiatives.
Shape long-term Cluster strategy, balancing innovation and market readiness.
Deepen cross-functional collaboration across engineering, revenue, and partner ecosystems.
Contribute significantly to business impact, and Innovatrics Governmental ID Cluster portfolio growth and influence over the global ecosystem, across regions and across verticals.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Solution / Product Manager in the Governmental Identity Sector, with strong knowledge of the Phygital Ecosystem, challenges, and the various verticals.
Business-oriented mindset, responsible for the Cluster Revenue across its various solutions.
Demonstrated ability to shape roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management: engineering, revenue, partners, and customers.
Strategic thinker with a data-informed mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate into the Digital Identity ecosystem, knowledge of the current EUDIW and/or similar frameworks would be a plus.
Comfortable working in hybrid/remote setups with excellent communication.
