About the role
- Senior Social Media Analyst responsible for planning and managing client social media performance. Collaborating with various teams to optimize content and engagement for different channels.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for planning, copywriting, briefs, and managing the social media calendar.
- Monitor and track engagement results for all channel content.
- Work daily within a squad focused on a single client.
- Manage social media publications.
- Manage assets for post creation (photo banks, videos, etc.).
- Provide creative input for the creation of new assets by Art teams and partner production companies.
- Lead creative brainstorms for the content agenda.
- Build an editorial calendar focused on different audience profiles and channels.
- Write copy for social media content.
- Produce periodic reports and analyses on predefined KPIs.
- Align with account management teams.
- Act as a client-facing representative alongside Account Management to discuss content plans, results, and new content opportunities.
- Manage influencer initiatives, from research and contracting to execution of deliverables.
- Coordinate with Strategic Planning, SEO, Community, and Media teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
- Experience planning and producing content for all social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Experience extracting performance data from these networks using each channel’s analytics or any available market tools.
- Knowledge of social media data terminology and metrics.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and excellent writing skills.
- Fast execution of tasks and strong organizational skills.
- Team player.
- Curious, up-to-date, focused, and proactive—able to manage, research, and create engaging content as well as leverage and optimize daily trend opportunities relevant to the client.
- Nice to have: experience with tools such as Torabit, Mlabs, and Socialbakers.
- Fluent in English.
