• Senior Analyst in Share Schemes Consulting Team at Mercer helping corporate clients with Approved Profit Sharing Schemes. Collaborating with senior consultants and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting to corporate clients, including some of Irelands largest employers
• Assist senior consultants in managing and cultivating APSS client relationships
• Guide clients around the technical and operational aspects of providing an APSS to employees through Mercer
• Coordinate share scheme events with clients, colleagues and the share schemes administration team

Requirements

• Around 2 years experience in a financial services client services background
• Confident use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues both face to face and over the telephone
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and adapt to client and colleague needs
• A Can do and customer focused attitude, with willingness to extend working hours at key times of year
• Ability to gain and apply knowledge
• Clear verbal, written, numerical and communication skills
• High level of accuracy/attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team environment as a team player and a flexible approach to work
• Third level qualification
• Self-starter and continuous learner
