About the role
- Drive product strategy and guide cross-functional collaborations
- Own SEO and web growth initiatives end-to-end
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations
- Plan keyword research and competitive analysis
- Develop and run CRO experiments
- Monitor and improve site speed and usability
- Build and maintain partnerships for earned media
- Lead the SEO strategy to increase visibility and drive traffic
- Work with cross-functional teams to design SEO-first experiences
- Build and monitor full-funnel dashboards to surface bottlenecks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or related experience
- 4+ years of proven SEO experience with strong ownership of previous work
- Deep expertise in SEO strategy and technical implementation, including site migrations, schema, and keyword portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Knowledge of LLM SEO techniques
- Interest or familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and approaches.
- Good understanding of SEO work, including audit, structured data, performance optimization, and crawling
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills or experience.
- Experience in fintech, consumer tech, or a data-driven product organization is a plus.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, design, content/SEO, and analytics teams.
