- Lead global SEO strategy and execution within the Growth Marketing team.
- Drive scalable, sustainable organic growth across Tricentis’ digital ecosystem.
- Set direction across Technical, Content, and Off-page SEO.
- Own SEO across Tricentis’ global portfolio.
- Enhance product discoverability, demand generation, and visibility in emerging AI-powered search experiences.
- Use tools including GA360, GSC, SEMRush, and AI-enhanced platforms to lead and scale a Prague-based SEO team.
- Collaborate across a global team spanning Vienna, the US, and Manila.
- Report SEO performance, insights, and ROI to leadership.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of hands-on SEO experience in B2B software or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of SEO success through ethical, scalable strategies.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities; prior people management experience required.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills across cross-functional departments.
- Expertise with SEO automation, keyword clustering, and AI-assisted tools for content and analytics.
- Familiarity with generative AI search experiences (SGE, Bing AI, ChatGPT plugins) and the ability to optimize content for visibility in those environments.
- High-level expertise in GA360, GSC, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other leading SEO platforms.
- Solid understanding of site architecture, indexability, and page performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with experience reporting to executives.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
