Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations for our on-demand clients across a portfolio of cities, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.
Own operational and financial performance, making data-led decisions to align supply and demand efficiently.
Use SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools (e.g. Superset, Power BI, or similar) to extract insights, identify trends, and drive actionable improvements.
Plan, scope, and execute medium-to high-complexity projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and measurable business impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Commercial, and Quality teams to optimise courier availability, onboarding, and delivery experience.
Partner with the Commercial team to support and manage new store rollouts and client launches, from scoping through to execution.
Create and present impactful decks and reports to communicate findings, align stakeholders, and influence operational strategy.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.
