About the role

Responsibilities
- Engage in all aspects of protocol development, from ideation to implementation and security.
- Contribute to research design ideas including lending mechanisms, liquidations, oracles, etc.
- Develop prototypes or products, primarily in Solidity, with the ability to learn other languages as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, and leadership to inform architecture decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in quantitative fields (Math, Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Economics) or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software architectural design and implementation of complex systems.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in blockchain R&D, with a strong track record in protocol design and implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Low ego.
