Senior Project Manager overseeing complex cross-functional projects at Clio. Collaborating with teams to drive strategic growth initiatives, leading project planning, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities
Lead project management for Clio’s most complex cross-functional projects
Work closely with functional leaders across the business to develop project plans that align to Clio’s strategic vision and goals
Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with a variety of workstream leaders
Remove barriers, track blockers, and enable teams to complete tasks on time
Track a variety of moving project pieces
Identify and highlight dependencies and facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional workstreams
Draft and maintain project documents and project tracking tools (such as Asana)
Prepare weekly project status reports and escalate risks and gaps as required
Design best practice processes, procedures, and structures for communication, implementation, and monitoring
Contribute towards the creation of project management and change management playbooks
Develop standardized templates to simplify cross-functional processes
Requirements
An undergraduate degree in an area that involves project management, business, research, leadership, or software development
Project management certification, change management certification, and/or additional project management training (PMP certification is essential)
3 - 5 years experience working in project management or adjacent disciplines in a fast growing SaaS/tech company
Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks and deliverables, and creating roadmaps and timelines/gantt charts
Experience facilitating workshops with groups and coaching individuals
Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
