Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical projects for utilities and systems in large facilities
- Perform detailed pre-construction site surveys
- Review and record as-built drawings at the end of construction
- Maintain surveillance over construction contractors
- Develop and review specifications and schedules for construction
- Prepare and review designs for various construction projects
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental rules
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university or college
- 4+ Years of Mechanical Engineering Project Management Experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office
- Expertise in Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software
- Experienced with information management programs and project tracking programs
- Ability to supervise employees and manage contractors and vendors
- Background performing pre-construction site surveys
- Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance
