About the role
- Senior Project Manager overseeing project delivery for CDW, focusing on large, complex projects. Responsible for stakeholder engagement and maintaining project budgets and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering a quality and professional project delivery service to internal and external clients
- Ensure that assigned projects are executed adhering to agreed time, quality, scope and costs parameters
- Maintain and manage risks, changes and issues
- Billable utilisation 70% or above
- Maintain 95% accuracy in monthly project cost and revenue forecasts compared to actuals
- Deliver 100% of project status reports to stakeholders at the agreed frequency
- Achieve 95% stakeholder satisfaction on communication effectiveness
- Hold regular stakeholder meetings with 90%+ attendance rate
- Maintain 100% completion of required project management documentation for all assigned projects
- Achieve an average NPS score of 7 in the Stakeholder satisfaction surveys
Requirements
- Prince 2 & AGILE Practitioner or equivalent (e.g., APMQ, PMP, SCRUM Master)
- Experience of working in a professional and structured manner in a commercial environment
- A demonstrable track record of leading and mentoring individuals within their area of responsibility.
- A demonstrable track record of managing and delivering large, complex projects or small Programmes within a commercial environment.
- Experience of leading effective cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to respond effectively to business opportunities.
- Client facing, with demonstrable commercial experience.
- Experience of working with sales and technical resources to capture requirements.
- Experience in delivering IT transformational projects.
- Solid understanding of the procurement management, including negotiation, contracting with and management of third parties.
