About the role
- Manage relationships with existing and new customers on logistics matters and handle communications in German and English
- Implement new customer setups and change requests both operationally and in systems in collaboration with specialist departments
- Design and execute projects aimed at productivity and process improvements
- Further develop standards and information systems
- Draft logistics contracts and conduct negotiations with customers
- Act as an interface between branch management and specialist departments to coordinate various site projects
- Prepare and analyze statistics, create presentations, and facilitate workshops
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on logistics
- Relevant professional experience in logistics and project management
- Good German and English language skills
- Results-oriented and independent way of working
- Proficiency with common MS Office applications
- Experience with a warehouse management system is an advantage
- High level of commitment
- Strong communication skills, goal-oriented thinking, and ability to work independently
