Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in programme management within the Public Sector
  • Proven track record of delivering complex multi £m programmes on time and within budget
  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders at Director and/or CxO-level
  • Strong experience in leading programme teams including line management responsibility
  • Proven ability to manage and empower teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
  • Experience of establishing and adhering to project governance and technical quality standards
  • Broad technology experience and understanding of contemporary software engineering practices
  • Ability to make reasoned decisions under pressure.
