About the role
- Senior Program Manager at S&S Activewear optimizing analytics for logistics and pricing. Leading cross-functional collaboration in transportation and operational performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions across transportation, logistics, pricing, and operational functions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate rate structures, freight spend, and profitability across modes and regions.
- Own and optimize pricing models, KPIs, and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and operational execution.
- Design data models that incorporate market conditions, seasonality, volume fluctuations, and mode-specific dynamics (FTL, LTL, parcel).
- Oversee freight audit and payment analytics, including invoice accuracy, exception tracking, claims recovery, and month-end accrual validation.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to track performance metrics such as cost per unit, exception rates, carrier compliance, and payment timeliness.
- Serve as the primary analytics liaison to Transportation, Finance, Sourcing, and Commercial teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or logistics finance, preferably within high-volume distribution or wholesale environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL or BigQuery.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and freight payment platforms (e.g., Cass).
- Strong financial modeling, data visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
