Responsibilities
- Lead backlog refinement and prioritization with a focus on business value, user experience, and the reliability of digital identity journeys;
- Act strategically in the evolution of products for digital onboarding, biometrics and identity orchestration, ensuring high performance and compliance;
- Conduct market analysis and usability studies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in identification and authentication flows;
- Partner with UX and development teams to define complex user stories, acceptance criteria and robust technical flows;
- Monitor and evolve product metrics (biometric approval rate, journey time, conversion, engagement and support);
- Contribute to defining the product vision and strategy, participating in roadmap discussions and corporate initiatives related to digital identity;
- Facilitate squads by removing impediments and promoting collaboration between technical and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields;
- Proven experience in product teams as PO/PM, preferably in identification platforms, biometrics or digital onboarding;
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management (roadmap, discovery, prioritization, success metrics);
- Experience with management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro;
- Knowledge of prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, Impact vs. Effort, etc.);
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, authentication architectures and analytics tools;
- Analytical mindset with strong business sense, product vision and the ability to negotiate between technical and executive stakeholders.
