Responsibilities
As Senior Product Manager (m/f/d), you analyze and evaluate new and further developments of Entertainment & TV products for Consumer & Housing.
You actively shape the product roadmap and are responsible for planning and budgeting product development projects—especially for large and innovative developments in the Entertainment & TV area.
You assume functional and cross-departmental leadership for the entire development process through to market launch—end-to-end.
You continuously develop measures to improve the customer experience within the scope of product lifecycle management.
As a team player and the functional lead of your project teams, you create a working environment that motivates high performance.

You support the achievement of company goals by implementing market-relevant projects.
You regularly represent the department in various internal committees and ensure transparent coordination and efficient collaboration through active stakeholder management.
Requirements
Successfully completed degree, combined with many years of professional experience in the telco/ICT industry (at least 5 years).
Solid methodological knowledge in marketing, product and project management.
Strong communication skills, including at management level.
Enjoyment of team and project work.
Experience leading project teams and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams.
High self-motivation, willingness to learn, persuasiveness, and enjoyment of team and project work.
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (C1 according to CEFR).
