Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Product in coordinating the delivery of the iHUB product roadmap.
Building and launch of new products and extending existing products into new markets.
Align to product design and governance processes across the business units.
Engage with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to understand requirements and priorities and provide effective support and handover with local business change teams.
Be a key point of contact for the product within the group, managing the escalation of delivery blockers and facilitating clear communication between all parties.
Leading a team of product analysts ensuring efficient, high-quality output in requirements, design and build.
Value Delivery: Accountable for the outcomes of the activity, developing within your team or working closely with business unit development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Lead the functional design process, demonstrating a deep understanding of users, business workflows and technologies.
Monitor and measure product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise value.
Researching and benchmarking digital capabilities of other businesses.
Incorporate customer feedback into product improvements and innovation.
Advocate for the end-user experience in every decision, ensuring our products meet customer needs and expectations.
Collaborate with other business units and change initiatives to identify synergies and dependencies.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile practices within the team and across the Hiscox group.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering customer and business value.
