About the role
- Product Manager shaping future motor insurance by leading claims management platform development at Prima. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions in Spain.
Responsibilities
- Define the product: alongside engineering and the business teams, define the detailed roadmap and product specifications for Spain’s claims management platform;
- Prioritisation and planning: prioritise and plan the product development efforts with the development teams and your stakeholders;
- Product delivery: collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to deliver on your plans, organising and taking part in the day to day work and making sure that everyone is working towards the same goals;
- Stakeholder management: your primary stakeholders will be Spain’s Claims team, but you will work with many other Prima departments, both locally and in the global organisation;
- Strategy: working closely with your department leadership team, contribute to the definition of the overall strategy for your product area.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering software products as a product manager or similar role;
- You are comfortable breaking down complex problems and using data to make smart, confident decisions;
- You know how to drive product development in cross-functional teams, with a solid grasp of agile practices and product management fundamentals;
- You’ve worked with complex platforms and software architectures before;
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace change, and continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow;
- You can clearly and confidently articulate complex ideas—technical, strategic, or both—to any audience, from engineers to executives and you are proficient in Spanish and in English.
