About the role
- Drive the execution of a multi-year product roadmap for the GNSS hardware portfolio
- Take ownership of flagship products’ revenue and profitability
- Own the product lifecycle of new and existing products
- Translate complex business problems into actionable product strategies
- Define and track key business metrics for meaningful product outcomes
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in a product development role
- Proven track record in product management
- Demonstrated ability to manage a product line's P&L
- A clear passion for mentorship and a track record of successfully coaching team members
- Experience navigating and driving outcomes in complex business environments
- A history of translating strategic vision into a clear backlog of work
- Demonstrated ability to independently make effective product decisions
