Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to manage a product line's P&L
- A clear passion for mentorship and a track record of successfully coaching team members
- Experience navigating and driving outcomes in complex business environments
- A history of translating strategic vision into a clear backlog of work
- Demonstrated ability to independently make effective product decisions
