About the role
- Senior Product Manager developing product strategies for SugarCRM platform, collaborating with Engineering and UX teams to enhance user experiences in customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Own & Evolve Product Capabilities: Contribute to the strategic direction and roadmap for your product area, ensuring features are consistent, scalable, and aligned with customer and business outcomes.
- Drive Product Execution: Translate market insights, customer problems, and business requirements into clear product definitions, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Engineering, UX, Product leadership, and Go‑To‑Market teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with technical feasibility and customer value.
- Measure & Communicate Impact: Define and track key metrics related to usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, and business results; share insights to align teams and guide decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, building and delivering commercial, customer‑facing software products
- Proven success shipping enterprise SaaS products, ideally within CRM, CX, or adjacent domains
- Strong understanding of user workflows, system design, and data‑driven product development
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product storytelling skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus
