Product Owner III within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Customer Data Management organization. Focus on managing the product backlog and customer requirements with Agile team collaboration.
About the role
- Lead a user experience focused team owning onboarding, early engagement, rewards and account benefits
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Product Designer and design team to create a differentiated Current Account customer experience
- Problem solve with engineers on solutions and make trade-offs to ensure speedy delivery and fast learning
- Ensure everything built is beautiful, valuable, viable, usable and feasible
- Be involved with Current Account platform and operational teams to ensure alignment
- Build close relationships with Operations, Compliance, Brand, Legal and Finance to solve problems collaboratively
- Work closely with the Current Account Product Lead on overarching product strategy for customer acquisition
- Strategise how to design and build the core Current Account proposition and main experiences (pots, paying bills)
- Own high autonomy and high ownership for product outcomes and customer engagement
Requirements
- 5+ years working in customer facing product
- Experience at a Fintech is desirable
- Passionate about Product and full of ideas
- Evidence of successful products or moving key metrics
- Combine quantitative and qualitative evidence for customer insights
- Outcomes focused and highly proactive; takes ownership for product success
- Data-driven decision making; test-and-learn approach
- Experience acting as a leader in cross-functional teams (engineers and designers)
- Ability to build relationships with Operations, Compliance, Brand, Legal and Finance
- Subject to having the right to work in the country of choice
