Define and implement the product analytics strategy for EDA, a B2B Digital Product that supports clients in taking asset investment plans, including instrumentation, data collection, and insights generation across the customer and product lifecycle.
Establish and track OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics covering customer experience (cost to serve, feature adoption, churn risk, implementation success), product health (time to release, bug impact score, backlog velocity), and sales effectiveness.
Drive the setup and continuous improvement of analytics tooling (e.g., PostHog, Pendo, Microsoft Fabric), ensuring scalability, governance, and alignment with enterprise data standards.
Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and sales to generate actionable insights that influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market decisions.
Lead the creation of customer health scoring models and dashboards to proactively identify churn risks, upsell opportunities, and implementation success.
Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership, providing recommendations backed by quantitative evidence and storytelling.
Build the foundation for product analytics as a discipline within the team, creating reusable frameworks, best practices, and scalable processes for future hires.
Contribute to incident analysis and continuous optimization by monitoring adoption trends, release outcomes, and the impact of new features.
Act as a thought partner to the Data Director in shaping the long-term analytics strategy and mentoring future team members as the function grows.
Support and coach future junior product analysts, helping them develop their skills and become the best product analysts possible.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or digital product analysis, preferably in B2B SaaS context
Proven expertise in defining and measuring product OKRs/KPIs, with hands-on experience in areas such as churn modelling, feature adoption, cost-to-serve, and product efficiency.
Strong proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., PostHog, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and enterprise data platforms (ideally Microsoft Fabric, OneLake and Power BI or comparable modern data stacks).
Solid SQL skills and experience in data wrangling, visualisation, and dashboarding (in Power BI); Python or R skills are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
Experience working closely with product, engineering, and sales teams, with the ability to balance detail-oriented analysis and high-level storytelling.
Familiarity with customer success metrics, sales analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a global environment.
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
