About the role
- Sr. Product Analyst for LPL Financial supporting financial institutions with new unified capabilities. Drive outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the firm to maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and performance
- Support in detailed requirements documentation across the program

- Develop and monitor metrics to track the success of products and features
- Become the subject matter expert on our users through various feedback methods
Requirements
- 2+ plus years in hands on product experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to interact with partners
- Ability to work on a cross-functional team and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Trading platform experience preferred
- Agile and/or SAFe trainings and certifications preferred
- Knowledge of UI/UX fundamental principles preferred
- MBA preferred
- Professional designations preferred (CFP, CPA, etc.)
