About the role

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue from redemptions in the Azul Fidelidade loyalty program
  • Define pricing and availability policies in partnership with strategic areas such as Revenue Management
  • Conduct predictive analyses and quickly identify business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and customer behavior, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Track daily sales (macro and micro), comparing current and future curves with historical data
  • Evaluate market performance using KPIs and management reports
  • Produce presentations and reports with actionable insights to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning for building studies and diagnostics
  • Ability to synthesize information and communicate results clearly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Aviation, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data analysis tools
  • Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking)
