About the role

• Senior Art Producer coordinating character art production for Bonfire Studios' game Arkheron. Leading cross-disciplinary collaboration and managing the character art pipeline effectively.

Responsibilities

• oversee character art production end-to-end, from design through QA, ensuring assets are delivered predictably and at a high quality bar.
• partner with artists, engineers, and designers to keep asset creation aligned with design intent and gameplay needs.
• help the team stay effective by removing roadblocks, prompting discussions and decisions, and keeping goals clear.
• drive clear, consistent communication of decisions, status, and goals within the character art group and to the broader team.
• bring production toolbox to adapt approaches that best fit Bonfire’s environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years in game publishing or production, including 3+ years leading at a senior level.
• successfully produced a character asset pipeline from early development through launch and sustainment in live service.
• deep set of production skills and the judgment to know which approach works best for each situation.
• passionate about production craft and eager to help mature processes in a fast-evolving environment.
