Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end production of recurring thought leadership initiatives designed to expand share of voice and support business growth.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop clear, compelling stories that convey PIMCO’s key messages across multiple formats, including digital, video, audio, social, and web.
Collaborate with global marketing teams to drive scale and amplify content across marketing and client distribution channels.
Coordinate with product strategy, compliance, and cross‑functional marketing teams (brand, digital, design, multimedia, channel) to manage reviews, secure approvals, and see projects through to completion.
Integrate digital marketing strategies and capabilities to optimize content platforms and performance.
Track and analyze performance metrics, prepare reporting for key stakeholders, and make data‑driven recommendations to enhance impact.
Work closely with global colleagues to ensure adherence to PIMCO brand standards and to leverage best practices across regions and channels.
Maintain a strong focus on quality control and continuous improvement of content production processes.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
7+ years of relevant experience, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated environment
Exceptional narrative, storytelling production capabilities across a range of formats
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic content programs with clear objectives and outcomes
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving business environment
Independent problem‑solving skills and sound judgment
Ability to apply analytical thinking to measure success and optimize content and platform strategies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills
Strong interest in and general understanding of financial markets and the global economy.
