About the role

  • Responsible for managing execution of strategies for the assigned practice area
  • Provide leadership and management support of key process and deliverable standardization
  • Oversee execution and maintenance of common standards and methodologies
  • Ensure processes are defined, tracked, and executed consistently
  • Own continuous improvement and process optimization processes
  • Responsible for deployment, management and adoption of tools
  • Manage practice area governance processes
  • Build change management capabilities within the team

Requirements

  • 15+ years experience in project and process management-including working in a leadership or management role
  • Considerable knowledge of the ITIL processes, SDLC, project management process and practice area best practices
  • Proven project leadership experience, including ability to build effective teams comprised of internal and vendor sourced resources
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a variety of personalities
  • Certifications PMP, ITIL
