Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to Microsoft Project users, including Project Web App (PWA) and its customizations;
- Respond to and resolve user questions, errors, and inconsistencies;
- Perform preliminary analysis of incidents, logging and escalating cases to responsible teams when necessary;
- Document incidents and the solutions implemented, ensuring continuous knowledge flow;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in the use of Microsoft Project;
- Participate in trainings and meetings to stay current on new features and customizations of the tool.
Requirements
- Experience with the Microsoft Project platform (including its customizations), including PWA;
- Project portfolio: Practical experience in selecting, prioritizing, and optimizing projects aligned with an organization's strategic objectives;
- Strategic understanding to see beyond individual projects and understand how they fit into the company’s overall strategy is essential;
- Ability to communicate complex portfolio information clearly and concisely to different levels of the organization;
- Capacity to investigate issues, deduce solutions, and foster team creativity;
- Experience negotiating with diverse stakeholders and ensuring selected projects are aligned with organizational goals;
- Familiarity with PPM, Project Server, Project Online, Project Professional
