About the role
- IFS HCM Consultant designing and implementing IFS ERP solutions for Interpath Advisory. Collaborating with stakeholders across business to enhance HR processes and decision-making.

Requirements
- Strong functional expertise in IFS Cloud [Ideally] or IFS Applications (Apps 8–10) with a focus on HCM modules
- Proven experience in People system implementation or support
- Solid understanding of global People processes (employee lifecycle, time & attendance, performance, competence, etc.)
- Ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into system solutions
- Experience with data migration, testing cycles, and go‑live support
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with integrations (e.g. payroll, identity management, external time systems, other HR technology).
- Knowledge of IFS Lobbies and reporting tools.
- Understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Consulting or multi‑industry experience.
