About the role

  • IFS HCM Consultant designing and implementing IFS ERP solutions for Interpath Advisory. Collaborating with stakeholders across business to enhance HR processes and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimise IFS ERP solution
  • Work closely with People, IT, and Finance teams to ensure HR processes support business goals
  • Drive process improvements and tackle complex challenges
  • Shape a scalable HCM solution for a fast-growing international organisation

Requirements

  • Strong functional expertise in IFS Cloud [Ideally] or IFS Applications (Apps 8–10) with a focus on HCM modules
  • Proven experience in People system implementation or support
  • Solid understanding of global People processes (employee lifecycle, time & attendance, performance, competence, etc.)
  • Ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into system solutions
  • Experience with data migration, testing cycles, and go‑live support
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Experience with integrations (e.g. payroll, identity management, external time systems, other HR technology).
  • Knowledge of IFS Lobbies and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Consulting or multi‑industry experience.
