Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills to a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical, staff and management), and in a wide range of settings (one-on-one, small group, conference call, email)
0-2 years of previous experience in leadership, mentoring or supervisory role
Strong analytical and technical skills; programming language experience is preferred, but not required
Preferred experience: SQL Server, Visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or science
Strong performance in your degree
Ability to work independently and to work flexible hours as needed to support high-priority on-call support and scheduled maintenance
