Perform end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation.
Manage and calculate vacation pay, terminations and statutory payroll charges.
Manage submission and monitoring of statutory filings and ancillary obligations, such as eSocial, FGTS Digital, eConsignado, FGTS Rescisório and DCTFWeb.
Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance with legal obligations.
Support inspections and homologation processes by providing required information and documentation.
Prepare management reports and payroll KPIs, supporting the controllership and executive teams.
Provide employee support, answering queries related to payroll, benefits and other payroll-related matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
Previous experience working with integrated payroll modules in ERP systems.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in Personnel Administration (payroll and termination/severance calculations).
Experience with the Protheus system.
