About the role
- Senior Personnel Analyst managing comprehensive payroll processing and compliance for health solutions provider Funcional Health Tech. Collaborating on HR and data-driven health solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation.
- Manage and calculate vacation pay, terminations and statutory payroll charges.
- Manage submission and monitoring of statutory filings and ancillary obligations, such as eSocial, FGTS Digital, eConsignado, FGTS Rescisório and DCTFWeb.
- Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance with legal obligations.
- Support inspections and homologation processes by providing required information and documentation.
- Prepare management reports and payroll KPIs, supporting the controllership and executive teams.
- Provide employee support, answering queries related to payroll, benefits and other payroll-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience working with integrated payroll modules in ERP systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Personnel Administration (payroll and termination/severance calculations).
- Experience with the Protheus system.
