About the role

Responsibilities
- Break down sales targets for each store and construct the daily sales curve;
- Prepare the budget and monitor results for each store;

- Build sales forecasts by store and propose turnaround plans for stores performing below expectations (loss-makers);
- Analyze sales data, seasonality, and store performance against targets;

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or Economics;
- Experience working with data, commercial planning, or sales performance;
- Experience in target- and results-driven environments;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI;
- Knowledge of statistics applied to business;
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work at the intersection of different areas;
