About the role

  • Break down sales targets for each store and construct the daily sales curve;
  • Prepare the budget and monitor results for each store;
  • Calculate indicators for RV (Variable Compensation) and PPR (Profit-Sharing Program);
  • Build sales forecasts by store and propose turnaround plans for stores performing below expectations (loss-makers);
  • Analyze sales data, seasonality, and store performance against targets;
  • Define daily targets by store and by sales channel based on statistical analysis;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or Economics;
  • Experience working with data, commercial planning, or sales performance;
  • Experience in target- and results-driven environments;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI;
  • Knowledge of statistics applied to business;
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work at the intersection of different areas;
