About the role

  • Conduct analyses and studies that support operational performance improvement levers.
  • Support the business unit's planning and forecasting process.
  • Actively participate in daily operational routines, monitoring indicators and proposing action plans.
  • Monitor and optimize key indicators such as:
  • Quality of healthcare professionals,
  • Availability and utilization of schedules,
  • Funnel performance — from registration to appointment completion.
  • Build and automate dashboards and performance-tracking reports.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge:
  • Advanced command of Excel.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python preferred.
  • Behavioral competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Organization and autonomy to manage multiple requests.
  • Clear communication and ability to work with different teams.
  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning about the healthcare business.
