About the role

  • Help clients maximize their opportunities
  • Support the Partner Services team with payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, data management and other responsibilities
  • Provide excellent work output and service to the Aprio team (including partners)

Requirements

  • Work Setup: Hybrid – Initial 3 months onsite, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week. Work location is either at our Clark or Makati site.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, payroll, HR, or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting and/or payroll experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze data, find patterns and draw conclusions
  • Self-motivated and curious in nature
  • Maintain confidentiality of all data and information
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Results oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset
  • Collaborative and works closely as a team player
  • Strong financial management background and success working with a highly competent and innovative executive team.
