Support the Partner Services team with payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, data management and other responsibilities
Provide excellent work output and service to the Aprio team (including partners)
Requirements
Work Setup: Hybrid – Initial 3 months onsite, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week. Work location is either at our Clark or Makati site.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, payroll, HR, or related field
A minimum of 3 years of accounting and/or payroll experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Critical thinking skills to analyze data, find patterns and draw conclusions
Self-motivated and curious in nature
Maintain confidentiality of all data and information
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands
Organized and detail-oriented
Results oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset
