- Oversee the design and realization of prototypes and engineering samples
- Estimate and manage project scope, costs, and schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and integrate optical solutions
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Optical Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in optical engineering or a related field
- Experience in imaging optics design, prototyping, and assembly of optical setups
- Experience with optical simulation and tolerance analysis using Zemax
- Knowledge of CAD design software is a plus
- Flexible, open to others' ideas, and team-oriented
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
