About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, design, and analysis of stormwater management systems
  • Conduct watershed studies and environmental compliance projects
  • Work closely with experienced engineers to develop technical reports
  • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
  • Contribute to sustainable water resource solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of related professional experience
  • Successful completion of the FE Exam or ability to complete within one year of employment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exposure to or experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, or related design software
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, engaged, and able to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated knowledge of planning and design principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrated initiative, personal investment in career growth, and willingness to learn software applications
