- Translate complex data into digestible, timely reports for decision-making
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Product Analytics
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows
Requirements
- 6 years experience in operations, analytics, or reporting
- 2 years experience in a leadership role
- Strong SQL skills
- Fluent in Excel/Google sheets
- Experience with BI tools or coding (e.g., PowerBI, Thoughtspot, Tableau, Python)
- Background in logistics, gig economy, or tech-enabled ops preferred
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent at translating data into insights for non-technical teams
- Track record of improving reporting systems and team efficiency
- Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; advanced degree is a plus
