- Support Educational Assistance team through analysis for client schools, also involved in product onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Analyze market data to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor:
- Pedagogical visits
- School onboarding
- Satisfaction and NPS
- Churn and risk of attrition
- Relationship indicators
- Support the construction and evolution of schools' Health Score
- Conduct geomarketing studies using Geofusion
- Handle ad-hoc requests with a technical and analytical focus
- Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Research, Product, Sales) for data integration and insights
