Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with the company's four strategic partners, acting as the main point of contact at all levels (strategic, commercial, operational and customer experience);
- Monitor and support the execution of SPA, Interline, Codeshare and FFP agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and maximizing financial and operational results;
- Identify opportunities to expand scope and create new commercial, operational or product synergies between the parties;
- Develop, update and present periodic partnership performance reports (commercial, operational and customer experience KPIs);
- Analyze financial and operational results, proposing corrective actions or improvement opportunities;
- Prepare executive materials and presentations for internal committees and governance meetings with partner airlines;
- Ensure operational alignment between internal areas (commercial, network planning, airports, customer experience, IT, revenue management, etc.) and partner company teams;
- Track customer experience indicators on joint flights and connections, proposing process improvements and system and team integration;
- Monitor execution of action plans arising from governance meetings, audits or significant operational incidents;
- Support negotiations of new agreements and contract renewals, preparing commercial and financial feasibility analyses;
- Conduct benchmarking and market studies on trends in alliances, bilateral agreements and cooperation models;
- Draft contract clauses and proposed adjustments in conjunction with Legal, Finance and Commercial teams;
- Actively participate in governance meetings with partner companies, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up of action plans;
- Ensure consistency and alignment between internal and external communications related to the partnerships;
- Support leadership in defining strategies and key indicators for the alliances portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, Tourism or other related fields (degree certificate or graduation diploma);
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Experience with PSS/GDS systems;
- Advanced English;
- Spanish proficiency desirable;
- Willingness to travel.
