About the role
- Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance overseeing financial strategies for Supply Chain Accounting and Finance. Leading team development and ensuring accurate reporting of financial data.
Responsibilities
- Leverage leadership skills to support the success of Supply Chain Accounting and Finance team
- Drive direction in cost reporting, future cost structures and variance analysis
- Support the growth and development of two Managers and one Lead Analyst
- Supervise Supply Chain Accounting Managers and Lead Analyst in performance of department duties
- Work with Strategic Business Area (SBA) Leadership Team to plan, forecast, and explain variances of Cost of Products Sold
- Consolidate and report monthly Supply Chain results
- Provide value-added information by communicating impact on cost changes to partners
- Participate in annual planning process and monthly reforecasts
- Master Oracle, Hyperion Financial Manager, Smartview (ICP), Spotfire and Microsoft Excel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- 6+ years experience in accounting/finance
- Experience presenting and translating financial data to varying levels of leadership
- Experience managing and coaching others in a collaborative environment
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Knowledge of current computer technologies (i.e. Oracle/Spotfire/Excel/Microsoft Office)
