About the role
- Senior Manager, IT Identity & Access Management role overseeing Saviynt IAM/IGA platform at Kraft Heinz. Responsibilities include architecture, implementation, management, and compliance across global infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, implementation and ongoing management of the Saviynt IAM/IGA platform.
- Define and manage identity lifecycle processes: User provisioning, de- provisioning, certification, role management and policy enforcement.
- Design and implement access request workflows, SOD (Segregation of Duties) policies and automated access reviews.
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Compliance and business functions to ensure appropriate role-based access and policy alignment.
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications and systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow and on-premises systems.
- Monitor platform performance, usage metrics and generate reports to support audits and compliance initiatives.
- Lead a team of IAM engineers and analysts and coordinate with vendors, system integrators and support provider as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IAM/IGA with 2+ years focused specifically on Saviynt platform architecture and administration
- Proven experience in deploying and maintaining Saviynt EIC, including configurations, connector setup, role modelling, access certification campaigns and SOD policies
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, governance, compliance and IAM protocols
- Nice to Have: Professional Certifications: Saviynt certifications (e.g., Saviynt certified implementation specialist)
- Experience with cloud IAM environments (Azure AD, On-prem applications)
