Requirements
Extensive and deep experience in people development, including the design and delivery of large-scale, complex regulatory-driven learning programmes.
Strong appreciation of, and the ability to advise on, different approaches to manage People related change.
Experience of the core techniques of leadership alignment, case for change, stakeholder identification and management, sequencing for the change programme, communication and engagement, impact assessment, and planning people transition.
Experience working in the Middle East or with clients in that region, and understanding local cultural and business practices.
Ability to influence, communicate with and work with senior clients, often at C-Suite or just below.
Strong writing skills, good at PowerPoint, and confident with Excel.
Experience in consulting, ideally with a recognised professional services firm or global consultancy.
