Responsibilities
- Propose and implement the association's financial strategy and that of its entities
- Lead and oversee budgetary and financial control for establishments and services
- Participate in budgetary discussions with various funders
- Support the executive management in negotiations with funders
- Preparation and monitoring of Multi-Year Investment Plans (PPI) and EPRD/ERRD
- Oversee implementation of ambitious PPIs
- Manage and optimize the association's cash and treasury
- Present budgetary and financial reports to the association's governance bodies
- Organize and oversee accounting for the 32 establishments and the association
- Prepare income statements and balance sheets for each entity and for the association
- Work closely with the statutory auditor
- Manage a team of 4 accountants, an accounting manager, and a chief accountant
- Advise and supervise management teams on budgetary matters
Requirements
- Master's degree (equivalent to French Master 2) in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Management Control
- Proven experience in a similar role required
- Management experience required
- Experience in the social and medico-social sector strongly preferred
