Responsibilities
Propose and implement the association's financial strategy and that of its entities
Lead and oversee budgetary and financial control for establishments and services
Participate in budgetary discussions with various funders
Support the executive management in negotiations with funders
Preparation and monitoring of Multi-Year Investment Plans (PPI) and EPRD/ERRD
Oversee implementation of ambitious PPIs
Manage and optimize the association's cash and treasury
Present budgetary and financial reports to the association's governance bodies
Organize and oversee accounting for the 32 establishments and the association
Prepare income statements and balance sheets for each entity and for the association
Work closely with the statutory auditor
Manage a team of 4 accountants, an accounting manager, and a chief accountant
Advise and supervise management teams on budgetary matters
Requirements
Master's degree (equivalent to French Master 2) in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Management Control
Proven experience in a similar role required
Management experience required
Experience in the social and medico-social sector strongly preferred
