Requirements
- Strong hands‑on record of building production‑grade software, preferably with AI components (LLMs, embeddings, PyTorch/TensorFlow, RAG pipelines, autonomous agents)
- A truly agnostic approach to stack and tools: you pick the right tech for the problem—not vice‑versa.
- Exceptional autonomy: able to self‑drive, yet know when to collaborate and escalate.
- Ability to thoughtfully challenge ideas and drive constructive discussions (colleagues, product owners, CTO).
- A strong, respectful team player: highly autonomous but grounded in humility and partnership.
- You reside within ±3 hours of Central European Time (to enable effective collaboration).
