Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines and the infrastructure to support our clients' needs
- Design, develop, and implement data platforms for our clients
- Work with both structured and unstructured data sources
- Optimize data ingestion, processing, and storage
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and developers to ensure smooth data operations
- Develop and maintain data modeling and database architecture
- Estimate the effort required for your tasks
- Continuously and actively pursue ongoing learning in the field of AI
- Share your knowledge with clients and the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL)
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets at scale
- Experience with data integration and implementing data governance policies
- Ability to understand, communicate, and develop appropriate technical solutions for complex data requirements
