About the role
- Draft strategic legal reports and opinions
- Review court publications, deadlines, and procedural developments
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and legal quality standards
- Drive case progress and attend hearings (virtual and in-person)
- Support clients and internal teams with technical/legal information
- Analyze high-complexity debtor cases and client files
- Update systems and management reports, ensuring control and compliance
- Monitor case law and legislation relevant to the client portfolio
- Ensure the quality standard of initial filings
- Provide support and clarifications to clients and other departments
- Participate in meetings with clients
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration
- Experience as an Attorney in the Debt Recovery (Credit Recovery) segment
- Experience with PJe, Projudi, e-SAJ, and e-Proc systems
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools
