About the role

  • Lead digital governance and regulatory compliance projects, including Brazil's LGPD, the Marco Civil da Internet, ANPD regulations, and AI-related regulation;
  • Coordinate data processing mappings, risk assessments, DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments), and mitigation plans;
  • Draft and review technology contracts, internal policies, terms of use, privacy notices, and complex legal opinions;
  • Manage information security incidents, coordinating legal responses and regulatory communications;
  • Represent the organization before authorities and stakeholders, including the ANPD and other regulatory bodies;
  • Monitor national and international legislative and regulatory trends in data protection, AI, and digital liability, proposing measures for compliance and governance.

Requirements

  • Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
  • Postgraduate degree or certification in data protection, digital law, compliance, or technology regulation;
  • Solid experience in LGPD compliance projects, technology regulation, digital contracts, and risk management;
  • Advanced knowledge of international standards (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 42001, etc.) is a plus;
  • Advanced or fluent English;
  • Previous experience coordinating teams, providing technical leadership, or liaising with regulatory authorities.
