- Provide advanced IT support as a Tier 3 Senior IT Service Desk Engineer at DJH. Collaborate with the IT team and optimize M365 technologies.
Responsibilities
- As a** Tier 3 Senior IT Service Desk Engineer, **you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced IT team to provide advanced technical support and play a key role in optimising our IT environment. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced technical issues across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and service requests.
- Provide guidance and support the members within the team that work in Tier 1/Tier 2.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Manage Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and security policies.
- Optimise end-user productivity and security through effective use of M365 technologies.
- Support and maintain Azure AD, conditional access, and role-based access policies.
- Assist with the delivery of Azure solutions under the guidance of Head of IT.
- Monitor Azure resources, ensuring availability, performance and security.
- Provide advanced support across hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and cloud)
- Implement security and compliance standards set by the Head of Information Security and CTO.
- Ensure devices and services remained patched, compliant, and secure.
- Work closely with the Head of IT on project delivery and system improvements.
- Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base, and training materials.
Requirements
- Have previous experience in a Tier 3 IT Support or Senior IT Support Engineer Role.
- Have a strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Azure AD, conditional access, and role-based access control, Intune device and application management.
- Be able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software and network systems.
- Have a strong understanding of IT security, compliance, and standards.
- Be tech-savvy, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines in demanding environments.
- Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment with a strong drive to succeed
- Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator.
- Be willing to travel to our offices throughout the UK as and when required.
